As a New Balance Production Associate, you will transform our raw materials into world class footwear with a strong focus on safety and quality. Major Accountabilities

• Utilize various tools and machinery to perform your work according to established procedures and processes
• Show initiative to improve your skills, job knowledge, and factory processes
• Take ownership in meeting NB’s quality standards
• Follow NB policies regarding attendance, safety requirements, PPE, and reporting of accidents and near misses

Requirements

• We are looking for great teammates with a strong work ethic who are open to feedback!
• You should be willing to learn new skills, expand your job knowledge, and adapt to a changing environment
• You need to be able to stand for 8 hours, either sedentary or moving from role to role; lift light to moderate amounts of weight; perform repetitive upper extremity motions and repetitive forceful grip/pinch movement requiring both hands and use of foot pedals on some machines
• You must use personal protective equipment (PPE)
