@grantmudd22 @aaron_layton @VicLombardi @DIRECTV I’ve been a long time DIRECTV customer because they don’t compress their high definition signal. I like their 4K offering too. I’m happy with the service and haven’t missed a game or been inconvenienced by the impasse with DISH or Comcast. Don’t know why I should get tix.

@Abelthepirate @InfinityWard @Xfinity That’s the weird thing for me. It never fluctuated from what I could tell. It just quit from the MW end. No warning. Nothing. Just straight up went from zero issues to disconnection in a blink of an eye. Still was in discord and connected to the internet and everything.

love that @Xfinity puts some new antenna on my box outside to "help" with service and now my wifi goes out 12-14 times a day and then it takes 20+ minutes to talk to someone everytime and they tell me nothing is wrong... @comcast @comcastcares

For once I feel bad for @comcast. Internet has been down for several hours. At this time, they are not charging resi customers for abusing resi limits, but neighborhood websites are full of people threatening not to pay their bills because they can’t work from home.

@Omaha531 Dang. RSN are tough. Altitude is still gone from Comcast & Dish here. Directv figured out a deal with them but their service is $$. I dropped Comcast after 3 months of the dispute. Still can’t watch Avs or Nuggets. No Rockies either - different RSN but not on YouTubeTV.

@DuhChuskies @RycroftMark @jbing03 I think the gift card offered by DIRECTV would pay your cancellation fee. Also, if you retain your WIFI service, Comcast has been waiving the cancellation fee. WiFi is dramatically more profitable for them.

@comcastcaresThe good news: After upgrading to your Gigabit service we get ~690 mbit down on the Eero AP. Okay fine, that's decent in real-world terms 👍The bad news: upstream has dropped down to 6 from 25 mbit. It should be 50-ish. Restarts don't resolve it 👎What do?

@Xfinity @Manorozco Please set up a system to help your customer know when the internet will be down. Maybe send out a txt message? This affects people’s livelihoods and ability to go to school. Knowing this beforehand would allow them to plan ahead.

Signed up for a comcast bundle because the price was right...until they tacked on the extra fees & taxes. Took 5 minutes to sign up, took an hour to have it removed and reverted to my current service level.Also, they're shipping the equipment after I told them not to. Ugh.
